Welcome to WeCraft Tech Solutions Inc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, software products (including Minros AR, Sorcos IMS, and Vercos ERP), and related services provided by WeCraft Tech Solutions Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Software Disclaimer

The software and services are provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. WeCraft Tech Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruptions.

2. Financial and Tax Liability Disclaimer

Our software solutions (including Vercos ERP and Minros AR) are business management tools, NOT certified accounting services or tax preparation software. Any calculations, line item suggestions, profit margins, or tax form suggestions provided by our software are for informational purposes only. WeCraft Tech Solutions Inc. is not a certified public accountant (CPA). Users are solely and strictly responsible for verifying all financial data and consulting with a licensed tax professional before submitting any information to local or federal tax authorities. We assume no liability for tax penalties, audits, or miscalculations.

3. AI Engine Disclaimer

Certain WeCraft products integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) to parse documents, extract data, and suggest categorizations. Due to the experimental nature of AI, the extracted data may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or errors.

You agree that it is your strict responsibility to manually review, verify, and approve all AI-extracted data before committing it to your permanent records. WeCraft Tech Solutions Inc. accepts no liability for financial losses, auditing discrepancies, or operational errors resulting from AI misclassification or extraction errors.

4. Pricing and Subscriptions

WeCraft Tech Solutions Inc. reserves the absolute right to modify subscription pricing for our software products at any time and at our sole discretion. Any "Lifetime Price Lock Guarantee" offered is strictly contingent upon your account remaining active and in good standing without interruption.

If you cancel your subscription, allow your account to lapse, or otherwise terminate your active status, you shall forfeit any previously locked pricing. Should you choose to reactivate at a later date, you will be subject to the current market pricing and terms in effect at the time of your return.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our services connect to third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, Faire, Etsy, Square) via API integrations. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these external services. Any data disruptions caused by third-party API outages are beyond our control.

6. User Data and Privacy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, store, and process your data. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any dispute arising from these Terms or our services.
