• Financial and Inventory Data: Information you input regarding your business or household operations, including stock levels, purchase orders, invoices, sales transactions, budgets, and expenses across our software ecosystem (Minros AR, Sorcos IMS, Vercos ERP, Tabulario).
• Third-Party Connected Data: Data retrieved securely via OAuth Webhooks from connected storefronts and services (including Shopify, Faire, Etsy, and Square).
• Bank Account and Transaction Data (Tabulario): If you use Tabulario's bank-linking feature, we use Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to let you securely connect your financial accounts. Plaid Link handles your bank credentials directly — we never see or store them. Once you connect an account, we retrieve and store account names, masks, types, your connected institution's name, and transaction history (merchant, amount, date, category) via Plaid's API, to power your personal budgeting dashboard. This data is encrypted at rest and scoped to your household; it is never sold or used for any purpose beyond providing the Tabulario service to you. • Uploaded Documents: Images and PDFs of receipts, utility bills, and invoices uploaded for processing by our AI engines.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used to provide, maintain, and improve WeCraft Tech Solutions Inc. services. We use your financial and inventory data exclusively to render your dashboard analytics, generate ledgers, automate your workflows, and ensure the reliable delivery of our enterprise software.

3. AI Processing and Data Sharing

When you use our AI features, documents you upload may be securely transmitted to our AI infrastructure partners (such as Google Cloud's Gemini models) for optical character recognition and parsing. WeCraft Tech Solutions Inc. strictly does NOT use your private financial documents to train global public AI models. Data processed by our API partners is subject to enterprise privacy terms, ensuring it is used strictly for fulfilling your immediate requests and nothing else.

4. Data Security

We implement rigorous, enterprise-grade cloud security measures. Your financial and operational data is encrypted at rest and in transit within our secure infrastructure. Authentication is handled by enterprise-grade providers to prevent unauthorized access, and we follow industry best practices for database isolation.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers (such as hosting partners, payment processors like Stripe, and, for Tabulario's bank-linking feature, Plaid Inc.) strictly for the purpose of operating our business and providing our services to you. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and data processing addendums.
